Steps

In Windows XP

1. Click Start->All Programs->Accessories->Command Prompt.
2. Click Command Prompt This will open a DOS command window.
3. Type: notepad C:/Windows/System32/drivers/etc/hosts
4. Locate the line 127.0.0.1 localhost
5. To block the website google.To block the website google.com for example, just add this text under 127.0.0.1 localhost: 127.0.0.1 google.com, 127.0.0.1 www.google.com 

How to Manually Remove Virus From USB Flash Drive without Formatting

Note: The method will work on a system which is not affected by viruses. Otherwise you may not be able to delete virus files.
Indication of Virus

1. When you plugin a drive, Some Autoplay feature polls you to select a option. If you see a folder like icon that reads open using the program provided on the device. Does not select that. Also does not select Open folder to view files using Windows Explorer. Since the virus can execute with these options. Cancel it.

Note: Windows 7 has disabled the Autorun Option for Flash Drives, since the autorun source is usually unknown.





2. You will also see a folder like icon instead of Flash Drive Icon in my computer


Removal of Virus

1. In Start Menu Click RUN and then type cmd. Type your Flash Drive Letter followed with colon. Here

J:

type attrib -r -a -s -h *.* and press enter.

This will unhide all files.
2. Correct Way of Opening Flash Drives

Note: Do not open the Flash Drive by double clicking the icon in my Computer or By Right clicking and then Open,Explorer

Open the USB Drive by using Folders Icon.

Click on the Folders icon then select your Flash Drive



OR

You can select Your Flash Drive by using the Address Bar in Windows Explorer.



OR

Type your Drive letter in the Address Bar



3. After Opening the drive. Select Details View using this icon

You can now see what the virus does with your Flash Drive. The Virus does disguises itself as folder. You can see that system file icon as illustrated here is similar to folder icon. You actually click on the file.

Actually you click on those virus file thinking of them as folder and the virus executes. In the detailed view you can clearly see that the system file has a Type description of Application and the system folder has a Type description of Folder.

Delete all such files. Carefully do not delete the folders.

4. Delete the Autorun.inf file



5. You can also delete these files using 7-ZIP. Since it shows such virus files as having application file icon.

Open 7-ZIP and Type your Flash Drive Letter in the Address Bar. Here J:



6. Delete all the folders and files you think that you did not saved them.

The folders could have names like Recycler,System Volume. Delete them also.

You can also see the Recycle Bin like icons delete them too.

In this illustration these files are virus files

7. Now Scan your Flash Drive with some Anti-Virus to delete exe infecting viruses. This is because some application files (which can be some programs like Adobe Reader Setup or else) be affected with exe virus.

If you do not have a proper Anti-Virus then Click on Search and select All files and Folders

In the All or part of file name field type *.exe

In the Look In field select Your Flash Drive

In the More Advanced options select Search System Folders and Search Hidden files and Folders.



When search is complete delete all files

5) After installing application in the game location, open software to from start menu : samp .


6) After opening the application just click on internet which is to the bottom of the application beside favorites and hosted.


7) You can see a list of servers which are filled with players already.


- Join any room there and have fun. I prefer rooms which are having many people since we have more time to play around and more fun.

How to increase internet connection speed

QoS Packet Scheduler is a method of network bandwidth management that can monitor the importance of data packets and depending upon the priority of the packet, give it higher or lower priority or bandwidth levels. It's not very useful unless you're using apps which are QoS-aware or running a server, so you can gain some network overhead back by turning it off.

Note: This following tip will not work on XP Home Edition.


Make sure you're logged on as actually "Administrator". Do not log on with any account that just has administrator privileges.

1. Start > Run > type gpedit.msc (not available in home version). 
2. Expand the Local Computer Policy branch.
3. Expand the Administrative Templates branch.
4. Expand the Network branch.
5. Highlight the "QoS Packet Scheduler" in left window.
6. In right window double click the "limit reservable bandwidth" setting.
7. On setting tab check the ENABLED item. 
8. Where it says "Bandwidth limit %" change it to read 0 (ZERO).
9. Close gpedit.msc.

Effect is immediate on some systems, some need to re-boot.

Trik Cara Membasmi Virus RECYCLER

Mungkin udah pada tau yak sekarang sedang lagi marak sekali dijumpai pada FLasdisk user warnet sebuah virus baru, jadi di dalam Flasdisk terdapat sebuah folder hidden yang bernama RECYCLER. Saat pertama melihat saya tidak mengira bahwa itu adalah virus, melainkan adalah mirip seperti recycle bin. Setelah beberapa saat kemudian baru sadar kalau di Flasdisk saya juga ada folder RECYCLER. huuf... lagi2 virus lokal nech....

Setelah Berpikir sejenak akhirnya saya menemukan cara, nech berikut langkah-langkahnya:

1. Pada windows explorer, pilih Tools --> Folder Options --> View. Ubahlah “Show hidden file”, kemudian matikan “hide extension for known file types”, matikan “hide protected operating system file”

2. Cobalah masuk ke ke C:\RECYLER

3. Jika ada virus recycler, maka akan ada folder “S-1-5-21-1482476501-1757981266-682003330-1003? yang bentuknya menyerupai recycle bin. Coba hapus, jika tidak berhasil maka virus sedang aktif pada komputer anda.

4. Restart komputer anda, dan masuk dengan SAFE MODE (Tekan F8 pada saat booting). Hapus direktori di dalam C:\RECYCLER (Shift Del)

5. Yakinkan VIRUS RECYCLER sudah hilang dari komputer anda, dengan cara restart kembali dan jalankan windows dengan normal. Cek kembali di folder tadi apakah masih ada folder RECYCLER.

6. Setelah yakin bersih, lakukan hal yang sama pada drive lain termasuk USB.

7. Instal antivirus, lebih baik pakai kaspersky

8. untuk menghapus autorun-nya, klick start->run lalu ketik cmd dan enter, kemudian pilihlah drive C:\ kemudian ketik cd\ untuk berada pada root

9. Nah pada root directory ini, hapuslah file yang bernama autorun.inf, biasanya beratribut super hidden, caranya ketik attrib -r -s -h +a *.inf lalu hapusnya autorun.inf(del autorun.inf)

10. Kemudian ketik attrib -r -s -h +a RECYCLER lalu hapus semua isi folder RECYCLER (cd RECYCLER -> del *.* ->Y -> cd..) kemudian hapus folder RECYCLER (rmdir RECYCLER).

11. Ulangi langkah no. 8 sampai 10 ke semua drive pada komputermu termasuk usb flasdisk yang sangat rentan terhadap virus RECYCLER ini.

Selamat membasmi virus RECYCLER....:) Hidup pembuat virus Lokal, Hidup Pembasmi Virus Lokal..

Cara membuat Red Alert 2 & Yuri Revenge LAN ( no tunggle )

Teman-teman pernahkah mendengar kata Red alert 2, yup itu game berbasis strategi yang dikeluarkan oleh pihak EA games. Maybe many of you often playing it on single player mode. Coba aja pakai mode LAN dengan temen kamu. ini pasti asik.

Untuk menjalankan game ini diperlukan game full ( .ISO ) jika menggunakan portabel kemungkinan file tidak akan dapat di update.

Nah, untuk menjalankan mode LAN tersebut nggak terlalu sulit. disini saya akan beri tutorialnya

1. Kalian instal Red alert 2 yang awal / dasar, bukan the Yuri. Dan kalian pastikan serial key diantara red alert pada komputer pertama dengan red alert pada komputer yang lain adalah BERBEDA. 
2. Setelah itu download red alert 2 LAN fixed. Filenya dapat di download di sini
3. Setelah itu extract file yang telah didownload 
4. Masukkan file tadi ke directory game red alert kalian
5. Lalu update game ke versi 1.006 supaya pada saat loadingnya tidak lama
6. Catatan : game 1 dengan yang lain, versinya harus sama dan serial key-nya berbeda. kalo tidak begini mungkin tidak akan work

Nah kalau kalian mau main yang yuri revenge ini caranya

1. Instal red alert 2 yuri revenge nya 
2. Setelah itu masukkan key, dan pastikan berbeda, supaya tidak terjadi error 
3. Note : key bisa memakai nomor acak “??????-??????-??????-??????” karena game red alert 2 yuri akan menggunakan dan mengutamakan kode serial key pada red alert 2 yang pertama, jadi pastikan serial key Red alert 2 yang pertama tidak sama dengan serial key red alert 2 pada komputer yang lain. 
4. Masukkan data yang telah anda download di atas Red Alert 2 LAN Fixed dan extract.. 
5. Nah kalo sudah selesai, kamu dapat memainkannya. 

Tutorial di atas merupakan cara untuk memainkan red alert 2 LAN
Jika anda menggunakan editan red alert 2 ( mod ) maka LAN tidak akan bisa dijalankan.

Kecuali kedua pihak menggunakan mod yang sama.

Jika terlanjur mengedit game tersebut. Anda uninstall game baik red alert 2 maupun Yuri. Dan ulangi prosedur dari penginstalan game ini
